Series 3
IN the third series of Kill It, Cook It, Eat It we discovered the process of getting wild game from the field to the fork. Nine contributors went on a journey to find out, first hand, what was involved in the shooting, butchering and preparing of wild game for their dinner.
Set against the magnificent back drop of the Highland estate, Balavil, the hunts took you into the little understood world of wild game hunting in a no-holds-barred exploration of the issues surrounding the killing and cooking of wild animals for our pleasure and for food.
